Delivery Policy
At Limited Charm, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how we handle the shipment of your orders.
Shipping Charges:
- We are pleased to inform you that Limited Charm does not apply any additional charges for packaging and posting. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay for your order, exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Consent to Increase in Purchase Amount:
- By placing an order on www.limitedcharm.com, you consent to the possibility of a slight increase in the purchase amount in case of unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuation in currency exchange rates or changes in taxes or duties.
Multiple Shipments Notice:
- In cases where your order consists of multiple items, it may be sent in separate packages to ensure timely delivery and minimize any inconvenience. These situations most often occur if the items were ordered at significantly different times. You will be notified by phone if your order is sent in multiple shipments.
Delayed Delivery Notice:
- While we make every effort to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, there may be instances where unforeseen circumstances lead to delays. In such cases, we will promptly notify you about the delay and provide you with an updated estimated delivery date.
Phone order confirmation:
- After successfully placing an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation call with the details of your order, including the items purchased, the total amount to be paid and the delivery address. Communicate carefully and point out any deviations you notice.
Payment information
- Limited Charm does not accept card payment and the only option to collect items is payment on delivery.
Delivery options:
- We offer express and international shipping options to meet the diverse needs of our customers. International shipping allows you to choose the country of destination for delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.
Out of stock items:
- Delivery of orders can only be stopped if certain items are temporarily unavailable. In such cases, customers will be notified in a timely manner and offered solution options.
Shipment Tracking:
- Customers can track their shipments if allowed by visiting the company’s official shipping website and entering a unique ID provided via text or email at order confirmation. The Limited Charm site does not have its own unique way of tracking shipments after an order is created.
Signature Request:
- A signature is required upon delivery for shipments over $50. If the recipient is unable to sign, the signature of the designated recipient or authorized representative is required.
Delivery address accuracy:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and currency of the shipping address provided at checkout to facilitate the successful delivery of their orders.
Delivery to P.O. boxes:
- In most cases, deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes due to limitations related to weight, dimensions and space requirements.
Receiving and Inspecting oreders:
- Customers are advised to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any discrepancies, damage or missing items to our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
Redelivery attempts:
- In the event of an unsuccessful initial delivery attempt, customers will be notified of the procedure for scheduling a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Products can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in the original packaging, undamaged and with the original receipt.
- Customers have the right to complain within one month if the product does not meet their expectations. The remaining products should be returned with the original receipt for analysis.
- Complaints will be processed within 15 days, and refunds will be made if the products are found to be undamaged.
